Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Blanketco.

All sales are final. Because our products are digital crochet patterns delivered instantly as downloadable PDF files, we are generally unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase is complete and the download has been made available to you. A digital file cannot be “returned,” and access cannot be revoked once it has been delivered.

Exceptions

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please email info@us-blanketco.com within 14 days of purchase if:

• You were charged more than once for the same pattern, or made an accidental duplicate purchase.
• The file is corrupted, will not open, or the download link does not work, and we are unable to fix it for you.
• You received the wrong pattern.

In these cases we will first try to resolve the issue — for example, by re-sending the correct or working file. If we cannot resolve it, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Not covered

We cannot offer refunds for reasons such as: change of mind after downloading; misreading the pattern description, skill level, yarn requirements, or finished dimensions; lack of the tools or skills needed to complete the project; or difficulty following the instructions. If any part of a pattern is unclear, email us — we’re glad to help.

Privacy Policy

Blanketco (“we,” “us,” “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit or make a purchase from our store, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Payment

You agree not to use the store or products for any unlawful purpose, to infringe our or others’ intellectual property, or to interfere with the operation of the site.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Our patterns and store are provided “as is.” We do our best to test and proofread every pattern, but we do not guarantee that a pattern is error-free or that your results will match the photos, as outcomes depend on your materials, gauge, and technique. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blanketco is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New York.

Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the store after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Shipping & Digital Delivery

Blanketco sells digital products only — there is nothing to ship. All of our crochet patterns are delivered electronically as downloadable PDF files. You will not be charged shipping, and no physical item will be mailed to you.

How delivery works

After your payment is confirmed, your download is available immediately:

• A download link is shown on the order confirmation page, and
• A confirmation email with your download link is sent to the address you provided at checkout.

Please check your spam or junk folder first, and confirm the email address on your order is correct. If you still can’t find your download, email info@us-blanketco.com and we’ll re-send it promptly.
