Shipping policy

Blanketco sells digital products only — there is nothing to ship.

All of our crochet patterns are delivered electronically as downloadable PDF files. You will not be charged shipping, and no physical item will be mailed to you.

How delivery works. After your payment is confirmed, your download will be available immediately:

• A download link is shown on the order confirmation page, and
• A confirmation email with your download link is sent to the email address you provided at checkout.

Didn't get your file? Please check your spam or junk folder first, and confirm the email address on your order is correct. If you still can't find your download, email info@us-blanketco.com and we'll re-send it promptly.

Tips. We recommend downloading and saving your pattern to a device you control (not only your phone's temporary storage). Download links may expire after a period of time or a set number of downloads for security reasons.
